Terms of Service

CAtrak is a practice management platform for Chartered Accountants in India. The platform provides:

• Auto-generated compliance calendars based on GSTIN and entity profile
• Automated deadline reminders via email and WhatsApp Business API
• Client document portal for secure file collection
• Invoice generation and payment follow-up
• AIntern — an AI compliance assistant powered by Anthropic Claude
• Escalation sequences for overdue client communication
• CPE hour tracking and Certificate of Practice renewal monitoring
• Annual compliance report generation

CAtrak does not file returns on government portals. It tracks deadlines and sends reminders — you remain responsible for verifying compliance obligations and filing returns independently.

• Credentials — you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account
• Data accuracy — compliance deadlines are auto-generated based on entity profile information you provide. We do not guarantee all applicable deadlines are captured
• Staff accounts — if you create staff accounts, you are responsible for their actions within the platform. Staff access and permissions are managed by you
• Acceptable use — you agree not to use CAtrak for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to access other users' data

• By opting in to WhatsApp reminders, you consent to receiving messages via the WhatsApp Business API (Meta Cloud API) at the phone number you provide
• We send only pre-approved template messages — deadline reminders, filing confirmations, document requests, and invoice follow-ups
• You may opt out at any time from Settings
• Standard carrier data charges may apply
• Email notifications are sent via Resend for deadline reminders and transactional messages

• AIntern is an AI-powered assistant that can answer compliance questions, mark filings as complete, create invoices, and look up deadlines
• AIntern uses Anthropic Claude. Your queries and relevant account context are sent to Anthropic's API for processing
• AIntern responses are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. You should independently verify any information before acting on it
• Conversation history is retained for 24 hours per session and is not shared with other users
• We may cache common responses to improve performance. Cached responses do not contain user-specific data

• CAtrak offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay
• Cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are honoured at their current rate until the end of their billing period
• Payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We never store your card details

• Export your compliance data at any time in JSON format from Settings
• Delete individual entities and their associated deadlines, documents, and filing records from within the application
• To delete your entire account and all associated data, use the account deletion option in Settings or email hi@krama.ai
• Deletion requests are processed within 30 days
• Certain records may be retained where required by Indian law

All content on CAtrak — including the platform code, compliance rules database, design, and brand assets — is the property of Mavis Communication Services Pvt. Ltd.. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Data you input into CAtrak (entity details, filing records, documents, invoices) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data.

• We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• CAtrak is provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for any particular regulatory purpose
• Compliance rules are updated as regulations change, but we do not guarantee real-time accuracy of deadline information
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavis Communication Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of CAtrak

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India, or resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of CAtrak after changes constitutes acceptance.
